When I design a website the intention is to ensure it:

- is designed to be search engine friendly
- is designed to be accessible as required for Disability Accessibility
- loads quickly
This may seem obvious but it is still not the norm. Most current web sites do not aspire to these targets. If you are contemplating a new site or upgrading your current one make sure you are working with a web designer who can deal with your legal obligations on disability accessibility and design your website to work in search engines effectively.

- Disability Accessibility is a legal requirement for your website - This means that your website must be user-friendly to everyone, regardless of any visual or hearing impairment or any other disability that could affect their use of the site. I can explain the issues and advise on the impact on your web site. If you have not come across this yet you can be sure your website is not designed to meet the the disability accessibility requirements. I can do Accessibility Reviews and Audits. I can also design sites to meet the highest level of accessibility compliance (AAA), if required.

- Domain Names and Website Hosting - shared or dedicated, windows or unix, domain names .... I do not provide website hosting myself, I use third party companies. I can point you to companies I am happy to use so you can organise your own website hosting and purchase your domain name directly or if you prefer I can handle these on your behalf.
